Our lasts have the same fitting and only the toe shape is changed. The Hawksbill last has a slight ‘Banana” shape, if you have particularly longer toes we suggest getting a half size larger. The Chisel 2 last is slightly longer than the other lasts. Our upper leathers are all sourced from tanneries in France, Italy, and Germany. We use crust and boxcalf depending on the colour and effect (such as museum and misty) that is required. The soles are oak bark tanned.

This version of the Centurion is unlined making it ideal as a Summer shoe.
Made on the new CA 275 Last, it has a classically English subtle square-toe. It is particularly accomodating of wider feet and is a true UK fitting.
The Centurion Derby
The Apron front is handstitched with the”Pie Crust” method, and the Split toe is handstitched using the “Tunnel Stitching” method. As a result, the Centurion presents a distinctive and classic image. This version is unlined and ideal as a summer derby.
