- All prices listed are in EUROs. You can calculate approximate exchange rates before purchasing the item using this site: http://www.xe.com/ . The exact rate you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card.
- Our secure online payment system accepts all major credit cards. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to your card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been carried out. The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.
- We ship globally using DHL express that is fully trackable and insured. There are a few exceptions where we do not ship or deliveries may have some delays.
- VAT is automatically deducted on checkout for non EU customers. We do not declare a lower value on our shipping form to avoid custom duties and taxes.
- Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout and before you pay for the order.
- We send an email with the tracking number of the item/s once we ship the parcel/s. This can take up to 3 working days.
